Minimum 5 years of working experiences in field of company secretarial, legal or accounting

2 to 5 years solid PQE with exposure to general commercial, corporate finance, M & A, private equity, and pre-IPO matters

Minimum of 3 years' experience in law firm or in-house

2 years working experience for legal firm as an assistant to Conveyancing Clerk

Minimum of 3 years' experience in law firm or in-house

Bachelor Degree or above in Law or related discipline with 2 -3 years experience in legal field or Telecom industry

Qualified lawyer holding a Law Degree with Honours

Preferably formal secretarial training; proficiency in English and Cantonese; fluent Mandarin

Exposure in IPOs - Capable of working and handling matters independently

Assisting in trade mark, design, patent, and domain name registration formalities
