  • Provide quality headhunting services to corporate clients

  • Identify business opportunities by prospecting new clients through market mapping and business meetings

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions and advice on sourcing the right talent

  • Relationship selling and negotiation to achieve win-win solutions for clients and company

  • Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy

  • Advise clients on best recruiting practices


 


Team Management



  • Responsible for hiring and grow business team

  • Involve in strategic planning and execution to improve team sales

  • Lead and mentor new members

  • Involve in quarterly performance appraisals

  • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on division's performance


 


Qualifications



  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Business or any other related majors

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with at experience in a leadership role

  • Proven track record of managing a team of recruiters and driving performance in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
