Senior Technician 高級維修技工

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Responsible for routine and daily repair and maintenance work for the Group's branches and offices.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in in-house quality and safety checks and system upgrades for E&M systems and equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct regular maintenance and preventive measures, monitor daily work progress, and render reports to superiors in accordance with operational procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in other ad-hoc issues assigned by superiors.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  3 years or above of experience in facilities maintenance.

  
  


• 
  

  Holder of a valid Grade A Registered Electrical Worker (REW) Certificate.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong sense of responsibility with good communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  5-day work week.

  負責處理集團、分行及辦公室的日常各項維修保養工作

  
  


• 
  

  提供各項品質/安全檢查，及參與機電設備系統升級

  
  


• 
  

  負責進行定期檢查、預防性檢查，匯報每日工作進度及施工實況，並按程序向上司提交報告

  
  


• 
  

  協助及執行上司指派的其他突發事項

  
  

入職要求：

• 
  

  具3年或以上設施維修經驗

  
  


• 
  

  持有效電工A牌

  
  


• 
  

  具責任感及良好溝通技巧

  
  


•
