Senior Supervisor, Lodge

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist Lodge Manager to lead, manage and organize all aspects of the Lodge operations.


• Handling guest enquiries and emergency cases in accordance with standard operating procedures.


• Ensure the entire Lodge operations are handled efficiently with providing the best of care and services to Lodge guests.


• Coordinate with all other departments include Front Desk, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, and F&B to ensure daily smoothly operations.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in hospitality industry with at least 2 years in Supervisory level.


• Independent, detail minded and with good communication and social skills.


• Enthusiastic, hardworking and responsible.


• Good computer skills, including MS Office.


• Immediate available is highly preferable.

工作地點: 油麻地
