Salary: HK$ 88.00 per hour
Working hours:
Mondays (except Public Holidays): 6.5 hours, from 13:45 to 20:15 (meal break not included)
Tuesdays to Sundays, and Public Holidays: 10.5 hours, from 9:45 to 20:15 (includes one-hour payable meal break)

Job Duties:
Exhibition Tour and Visitor Experience:
Master and deliver fluent exhibition tours in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Conduct in-depth research to prepare customized tour scripts for diverse audiences.
Proactively engage visitors, introduce exhibitions, and answer public enquiries.
Receive guests and provide specialized VIP tours.
Assist in venue programmes and conduct visitor surveys to enhance service quality.
Perform any other duties as required.
Gallery Operation:
Ensure public and exhibit safety through vigilant monitoring and guidance.
Manage crowd control and count attendance.
Conduct regular checks on gallery and artwork conditions, reporting and performing minor repairs.
Collaborate with customer services, security, and cleaning staff to maintain a pristine gallery environment.
Provide operational and administrative support to ensure seamless daily functions.
Perform any other duties as required.
Requirements:
(a) Bachelor's degree or above in Arts, Education, Cultural Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Communication, English or related fields.
(b) Level 3 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in HKDSE or equivalent.
(c) Able to provide service for at least 3 days per month (including at least 1 weekday).
(d) Essential: Minimum of 1 art exhibition/project experience as a docent, ambassador, or in venue operations.
(e) Fluent in Cantonese, with good command of English and Mandarin.
(f) Extensive knowledge of art and strong presentation skills.
(h) A genuine interest in promoting contemporary art.
(j) Polite, presentable, and proactive in delivering exceptional visitor service.
(k) Mature, independent, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
(l) Physically prepared for standing during scheduled shifts.
