Warehouse Supervisor (Middle Shift - Kwai Chung)

Job Description:

• Handle a full set of air freight export documents, including completion of house and master air waybills according to shipper instructions

• Coordinate with relevant parties (sub-contractors, airlines, and agents) for cargo loading, consolidation planning, cost estimation, and invoicing

• Prepare and issue freight invoices to agents and clients in a timely manner

• Track shipment status and provide timely follow-ups

• Perform data entry and maintain proper document filing

• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Good communication skills

• Immediate availability is preferred

Working hours : 6 days( Mon - Sat); 16:00 - 01:00
