Senior Engineer /Engineer (5 days work)

Location: Central

Working Hour: 09:00 - 18:00

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage regular and emergency repair and maintenance works for properties
  
• Conduct regular site inspection to monitor the progress of maintenance works and provide recommendations for improvement
  
• Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation
  
• Manage contractors for works progress, quality and carry out take over inspection
  
• Supervise frontline technical staff on work allocation, assigning tasks, repairing and maintenance work
  
• Execute corrective and planned maintenance of building facilities, building services equipment and systems
  

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Building Services / Building Surveying/ Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent
  
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience
  
• Independent, self-motivated and detail-attentive
  
• Proficient in computer applications, e.g. AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel
  
• Able to work under pressure
  
• Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
  
• Holder of Grade B registered electrical worker certificate or above will be an advantage
