住宅租賃和物業管理 (全職)
薪酬: $17K - $25K (需視乎學歷及經驗而定)
 
工作職務:
協助屋苑經理提供優質的物業管理服務
為業主組織會議並執行行政職責
與業戶建立並維持良好的關係
處理緊急事件、客戶查詢及投訴
監控物業的維護、保全和清潔服務標準
 
入職條件:
文憑或以上或相當於資歷架構的資格 
2年物業管理工作經驗 
以客戶服務為導向，能夠承受工作壓力
良好的中英文口說和書寫能力
具備 MS Word、Excel 和中文文字處理等電腦知識
經驗較少者將為助理物業主任
·       擁有PMP執照為優勢及即時上班者優先考慮聘用

Property Officer / Assistant Property Officer – Ma On Shan
Residential Leasing & Property Management (Full time)
Salary: $17K - $25K (Depending on education and experience)
Work duty:
Assist the Property manager in providing high-quality property management services
Organize meetings and carry out administrative duties for Owners
Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants
Handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints
Monitor the standards of maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties
 
Entry requirements:
Diploma or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework 
2 years' work experience in property management 
Customer service-oriented and able to work under pressure
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
·       Possess PMP Licence is an advantage & Priority will be given to those can work immediately
