Temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:



  • Maintain smooth operation of the reception counter including greeting visitors and interviewees, courier, mailing and handling customer inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email etc

  • Handle and coordinate daily general office administrative duties such as stationery orders, leave and attendance records, maintenance and procurement of office supplies and equipment.

  •  Assist in various ad hoc duties as assigned


 


 Requirements:



  • Diploma or above with 2 years of relevant experience

  • Good telephone manners and communication skills

  • Pleasant, punctual, mature, independent and responsible

  • Familiar with MS Office in Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Immediate available highly preferred
