Senior Sales Specialist
Our client is s a leading provider of a web-based platform that empowers businesses and startups to create and manage their digital marketplaces. This platform offers a comprehensive suite of features including inventory and order management, payment infrastructure setup, analytics and marketing trackers, and customer relationship management tools.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to enhance and optimize the prospecting and closing process.
- Actively participate in offline events such as seminars and workshops to showcase the product to potential merchants.
- Take charge of public speaking engagements at offline events.
- Follow up with renewal, trial, and new users throughout their customer journey.
- Utilize outbound messages and calls to reach out to potential merchants.
- Generate innovative ideas to attract new potential users.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the E-commerce or SaaS field.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Organized, excellent time management skills with public speaking skills would be a significant plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Intercom.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is an advantage.
