Documentation Clerk (Bank)

Job Responsibilities:



  • Handle Documentation of workflow and procedural manual

  • Perform daily output

  • Revision of service application forms 

  • Support clerical tasks as assigned


Job Requirements:



  • DSE or above

  • With 1 year relevant working experience, preferable in life insurance operation

  • Strong customer service mindset

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and positive

  • Good PC skills including Chinese Typing
