Customer Services Assistant /Executive (17-19K / Motor Brand)

Job Descriptions:



  • Provide after sales support and customer service support to the team

  • Order processing and customer support

  • Provide support on sales and marketing activities

  • Provide professional customer service

  • Establish and maintain a good relationship with clients

  • Collect customer feedback on service quality

  • Handle and follow up customers’ enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner to achieve service excellence


Job Requirements:



  • Form 7 or above

  • With 1 year customer service experience

  • Good command in English, Chinese and Mandarin

  • Good telephone manner with customer-oriented mind set

  • Proficient in MS Word,Excel and Chinese word processing

  • Experience in sales admin is an advantage

  • Stable working hours, 5 days per week
