Customer Services Assistant /Executive (17-19K / Motor Brand)
Job Descriptions:
- Provide after sales support and customer service support to the team
- Order processing and customer support
- Provide support on sales and marketing activities
- Provide professional customer service
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with clients
- Collect customer feedback on service quality
- Handle and follow up customers’ enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner to achieve service excellence
Job Requirements:
- Form 7 or above
- With 1 year customer service experience
- Good command in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Good telephone manner with customer-oriented mind set
- Proficient in MS Word,Excel and Chinese word processing
- Experience in sales admin is an advantage
- Stable working hours, 5 days per week
