要求

1 學士學位(香港)
2 DSE/CE：英文 Lv5+，中文 Lv4+
3 三年全職客戶服務/場館營運/工程管理工作經驗(博物館、畫廊、文化機構、政府部門/物業管理公司優先)
4 與政府部門代表、工程和服務承包商有聯絡經驗
5 持有建造業平安卡優先
6 在建設項目協調/管理方面有經驗者優先

職責

1. 協調工程項目的建設、改善和維護
2. 支援工作小組準備相關工作規劃和實施
3. 為可能出現的問題/風險提出應急計劃
4. 協助安排維修
5. 監管現場工作進度

Requirements

1 HK university degree
2 DSE/CE: Lv5+ in Eng, Lv4+ in Chin
3 three yr+ FT work exp. in CS/venue operation/building management, prefer with exp in local museums, galleries, cultural institutes, gov dept / property management companies.
4 Holder of a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is preferred.
5 Exp in construction project coordination/management is an advantage.
6 Possess work exp liaison with gov dept representatives, works and service contractors

Responsibilities

1. Coordination of construction, enhancement & maintenance of building works projects
2. Support working groups for the preparation of related works planning & implementation
3. Identify problem/risks & recommend contingency plan
4. Assist in scheduling repairs
5. Monitor on-site work progress
