Customer Service Agent (Part Time)

Job Description

·         Assist operation in Shopping Centre

·         Assist sales order processing and follow up

·         Assist replying to customer enquiries from e-mail            and phone call

·         To support Ad-hoc events if necessary

Job Requirement

·             DSE or above

·             At least 1 year experience in customer service                field is preferred.

·             A team player with outgoing and cheerful                        personality

·             Good command of English, Cantonese and                      Mandarin

·             Saturday work

 Immediate available is highly preferable.
