Guest Service Officer

Working location:

The Mercer, Sheung Wan

The Connaught, Sai Ying Pun

Responsibilities:  

• Handle general hospitality procedures such as check in, check out, reservation duties and room change procedures in courteous manner 


• Provide quality services and handle guests’ enquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently

Job Requirements:

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese


• Fresh graduate OR no relevant experience will also be considered
