Accounts Clerk (Part Time)

Job Description



  • Handle day-to-day accounting related duties

  • Assist in accounts receivable, payable and data entry

  • Handle petty cash, prepare cheque, bank remittance

  • Required to go to bank

  • Maintain proper filing system

  • Support office admin as required

  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

  • Work half day per day, or 2-3 days per week


 


Requirements



  • Diploma in Accounting or above or LCCI Level 2;

  • 1-2 years accounting experiences preferred; fresh graduate will also be considered;

  • Proficiency in PC applications including Office 365, MS Excel, English & Chinese word processing

  • Experience in MYOB accounting software is an advantage;

  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Proficiency in MS Excel;

  • Self-motivated, responsible and attentive to details
