In-House IT Support (火炭)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for in-house technical support and reporting;


• Handle end user requests and provide helpdesk support;


• Troubleshoot system and network problems;


• Perform hardware and software installation and configuration; and


• Any other duties as assigned by supervisors


• Will be assigned at client's office

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related discipline (Fresh Graduates are welcome)


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Self-motivated with good analytical and problem-solving skills


• Immediate available is preferred

Working Location: 

• Fo Tan

Employment Terms:

• Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM


• 5 working days per week


• 8 working hours per day
