Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming reservation by phone, fax, or email in a timely manner;


• Input all reservations accurately;


• Ensure the accuracy of all rate categories between OPERA and CONCERTO;


• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holders in hospitality management or related studies;


• 1 – 2 years of working experience in hotel reservations an added advantage;


• Good organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills are a must;


• Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English & Chinese;


• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Reservation Sales Agent.
