Data Entry Clerk (Insurance)(6-month contract)

Our client is a leading Insurance company and they are looking for Data Entry Clerk to join their winning team.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Provide general office administrative and clerical supports

  • Handle and maintain confidential information and documents

  • Maintain documentation records and filling system

  • Assist in daily operations and provide administrative support to the team

  • Perform quality checking to ensure data accuracy and integrity

  • Manage distribution of Policy documents and correspondence

  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements:



  • Ability to work independently, mature and detail oriented

  • Knowledge in insurance products and operations is preferred

  • Proficiency knowledge in PC application including MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
    Experience in data capture, admin work and quality checking are preferred

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, mandarin is a plus
