It provides catering services to local institutional clients such as universities, hospitals, government and private organizations.  


To cope with our business needs, we invite high calibre professional to fill the following position:


Responsibilities︰
- Assist CC for kitchens daily preparation and production
- Maintain the stock control of food and materials for daily usage
- Ensure high standards of food production
- Supervise and train employees to meet customers' expectations and company standard


職責:


- 協助大廚營運廚房日常準備和生產
- 維持日常使用的食品和材料的庫存控制
- 確保食品生產的高標準
- 監督和培訓員工以滿足客戶的期望和公司標準


Requirement ︰
- 3-4 years of experience in western kitchen management
- Experience in hotel / clubhouse is highly preferable
- Good problem solving, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
- Computer knowledgeable


職位要求:


- 3-4年西廚管理經驗
- 有酒店/會所工作經驗者優先
- 良好的解決問題、溝通和人際交往能力
- 具電腦操作知識


Working Hours:


5 days a week, 9 hours work


工作時間:


每週5天, 每天9小時
