Head Chef 主廚 - 薄扶林

Asia Pacific Catering, established in 1990, operates with a robust management system, flexibility, reliability, abundant resources, and a blend of creativity and vitality. It provides catering services to local institutional clients such as universities, hospitals, government and private organizations.  

To cope with our business needs, we invite high calibre professional to fill the following position:

Responsibilities︰
- Lead the team and to monitor overall operation of the kitchen section
- Control and manage budget & cost
- Supervise all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced.
- Responsible for guiding and developing all staff
- Oversee cooking, preparation, and presentation to ensure the highest quality and desired levels of production at all times
- Must ensure food hygiene standards and standard operating procedures are achieved.

職責：

- 領導團隊並監督廚房部分的整體運作
- 控制和管理預算和成本
- 監督所有廚房區域，以確保生產出始終如一的高品質
產品
- 負責指導和培育員工
- 監督烹飪、準備和展示，以確保始終達到最高質量和
所需的生產水平
- 必須確保達到食品衛生標準和標準操作程序

Requirement ︰
- 5 years of management experience in western kitchen
- Experience in hotel / clubhouse is highly preferable
- Leadership, people management & coaching skills
- Good problem solving, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
- Computer knowledgeable

- 有酒店/會所工作經驗者優先

- 具電腦操作知識

Working Hours:

5 days a week, 9 hours work
