Customer Services Associates (Call Team)

Responsibilites



  • Handle general call center duties including incoming calls, WhatsApp, WeChat, and courier arrangements

  • Ensure that calls and emails are handled according to the company’s service level with professional manner

  • Answer / follow up patient‘s inquiry and appointment booking

  • Any assigned responsibilities by supervisor


Requirements



  • HKCEE or above with at least 1 year working experience in imaging centres or medical centres

  • Good interpersonal skills and telephone manners

  • Willingness to learn, pleasant, customer-oriented and good team player

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

  • Experience in hospitality, tourism or customer service is an advantage but not must

  • Fresh graduated with Tourism and Hospitality Management background is preferred
