Customer Services Associates (Front Desk)

Responsibilities



  • Responsible for appointment bookings, billings and daily operational and clinical services with professional manner

  • Deliver good customer service at medical care center to meet Company’s service standard

  • Answer patient‘s inquiry and appointment booking in reception

  • Handle patient registration and service management

  • Ensure all reception, booking counter and waiting rooms are clean, tidy and hygienic

  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors


Requirements



  • HKCEE or above with at least 1 year working experience in imaging centres or medical centres

  • Good interpersonal skills and telephone manners

  • Willingness to learn, pleasant, customer-oriented and good team player

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

  • Experience in hospitality, tourism or customer service is an advantage but not must

  • Fresh graduated with Tourism and Hospitality Management background is preferred
