What is you mission?

You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

•Handle customer banking enquires in a professional manner
•Ensure customer enquiry and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy
•Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive product knowledge

Who are we looking for?

•HKCEE or HKDSE graduate or above
•5 subjects passed, including either Chi, Eng, or Math would be an advantage
•Native in Cantonese good command of English as an advantage
•Fresh graduates are welcome
