Duties:

• Western and Asian food productions for restaurant, BBQ and events. 

負責製作會所西餐、預備燒烤及活動食品。

•Responsible for kitchen operations and cleaning

負責廚房日常營運工作及清潔

•Maintain food quality and high standards of kitchen hygiene awareness

維持食物質素及保持高水準的廚房衛生意識

Requirements 要求:

•At least 2 years' working experience in Western kitchen

最少須具備2年或以上的西廚工作經驗

• Good in hygiene knowledge

良好的衛生知識

•Self motivated, well organized, reliable and willing to learn

主動，良好組織能力，有責任感和願意學習

•Positive attitude and good team player

具備積極態度和熱愛團隊合作精神

* Less experience will be considered as Junior Cook 

經驗較少者可以考慮為初級廚師
