Field services engineer (现场服务工程师)

Our client is an IT company located in Hong Kong SAR with 20 years of experience in the industry. Their mission is to leverage their expertise to assist and empower technical teams in achieving success. They specialise in various AI technologies and solutions including Food Waste Smart Bin, Smart Recycling System, Food Container RVM and so on.

Job Description:

- responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- customer service for various Smart Recycling System.
- involve working both on-site in Hong Kong and remotely

Skills & Requirements:

- prefer candidates who can speak Cantonese fluently
- Mainly work on Environmental Protection Department GREEN@COUMMITY (綠在區區), private and public estates, & universites
- Field Service and Troubleshooting skills
- Technical Support and Customer Service skills
- Experience in preventive maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of networks and systems security is a plus
- Experience in the IT industry is beneficial
- Diploma or certification in a relevant field is preferred
