Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive (Centaline Property Agency (Overseas) Limited)

Job Responsibilities:

* Formulate and manage marketing strategies, planning and execution for overseas property projects.

* Participate in overseas property exhibitions and seminars organized by the Company

* Provide professional overseas real estate agency services to clients-base given by the Company

* Determine potential clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions

* Develop customer acquisition strategy via online and offices channels, and work closely with internal and external parties for launching effective sales campaigns

* Liaise with overseas developer, lawyer and other parties when needed

Job Requirements:

* Degree holder in any disciplines (Fresh graduates will also be considered)

* 1-2 year's relevant work experience;

* Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills

* Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) is a MUST.
