IT Support Engineer/ IT Engineer/ Support Engineer (Fresh Grad Welcome)

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and Network/Server/PC maintenance services to clients


• Setup, backup, trouble-shooting and administration of networks and servers


• Handle customer technical enquiries

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Studies or above


• 1 year helpdesk experience, Fresh Graduates will be considered


• Good attitude and polite


• Proactive team player, detail minded and responsible


• Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills


• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
