Sales Administrator (Up to 22K + Bonus)
My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Sales Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the sales team on sales administration.
- Responsible for sales paperwork such as sales materials.
- Prepare quotation documents for customers.
- Provide after sales support to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries on sales related issues and provide assistance.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent, candidates with IT background is preferred.
- 1-2 years in sales administration & customer service experience.
- Experience in issuing and handling quotation is a must.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
