Customer Support Representative (5 days work, Double pay)
My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Customer Support Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to customers via calls, emails and webchat in a timely and professional manner.
- Process quotation/order submitted by customers.
- Provide after sales services to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints on sales related issues.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associate degree holder or above.
- 1 year of work experience in customer service is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must.
- Good at English and Chinese typing will be an advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
