Receptionist / Client Relations Specialist

Background

We are a Wargame / Team Building / Sports Recreation brand under WZ Studios Limited. We have three locations in Lai Chi Kok (War Zone), Quarry Bay (Tact Zone), and Kwun Tong (Landing Zone). Founded in 2021, we are a young team and fast-growing brand!

We are now hiring part-time receptionists for Zones.  High performers will be considered for full-time positions!

Job Duties

-        Provide timely response to customer inquiries via different channel in a professional manner. (e.g. WhatsApp, phone call, and email)

-        Communicate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and requests

-        Perform basic accounting functions such as data entry, document filing on our CRM platform (Salesforce)

-        Prepare quotations, invoices, booking confirmations for operations team, and handle payments

Requirements

-        Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

-        Good with clients of all ages

-        Familiar with Google Suite and both Chinese and English typing

-        Prior experience in client relations/customer service is an advantage

-        Proactive, responsible and cooperative

Willing to work on night shift, Sundays and Public Holiday
