Account Clerk (Quarry Bay, 5 days)


  • Perform daily accounting functions including vouchers inputs, payment, bank reconciliation and reimbursement of petty cash

  • Handle customer orders and enquiries

  • Handle general office administrative support

  • Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial statements

  • Assist in system migration and development

  • Support other ad-hoc business assignments as required


Requirements



  • DSE or above plus LCCI 2nd level

  • 2 years or above relevant experience

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Experience or knowledge in Odoo will be an advantage
