Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end QS work, including pre-contract and post-contract phases.


• Prepare accurate cost estimates and conduct comprehensive tender evaluations.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful tender submissions.


• Monitor project cash flow and ensure effective cost management.


• Oversee project documentation, contract administration, and payment valuations.


• Handle VO claims and negotiate final accounts with accuracy and compliance.


• Collaborate closely with project teams for timely and cost-effective project delivery.


• Independently handle new projects.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.


• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the kitchen cabinets and residential fitting-out industry.


• Candidates with project experience in kitchen cabinets, furniture, and building materials will be given priority.


• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
