要求
1. 香港中學文憑考試/香港中學教育文憑考試 5科 二級/E級 (接受CRE Lv 1)
2. 一般中英文打字能力
3. 熟練一般商業電腦軟件的應用,包括MS Word、PowerPoint和Excel
職責
1. 協助處理一般行政事務,包括處理往來信件、郵寄、歸檔、訂購飲用水、預訂會議室和交通等;
2. 更新最新的會議安排高級人員電子日誌
3. 執行收發職務,保存存貨記錄
4. 協助處理發票付款事宜/人事事宜
Requirements:
1. HKDSE/ HKCE 5 subjects Lv 2/ Grade E (CRE Lv 1 is acceptable)
2. Moderate typing skills, both Chinese and English
3. common knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities:
1. to assist in general administrative matters including handling inward and outward correspondances, mailing, filing, ordering drinking water, booking conference rooms and transportation etc.;
2. to update senior officer's dairy and e-diary with latest meeting arrangements;
3. to discharge receipt and dispatch duties, maintaining the inventory record
4. to assist in payment matters and personnel matters including MPF, gratuity and leave etc., and assist in recruitment as required;
