Senior Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities

• Handle full set document and operation for Ocean export shipments including normal and special cargoes 


• Coordinate with branches, carriers and subcontractors for shipment arrangement


• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned


• Build up relationship with external counterparts

Requirements

• F.5 or above


• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding knowledge


• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.


• Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin


• Well- organized, strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently


• Immediately available preferred
