HR and Admin Clerk / Assistant
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for general duties of Human Resources & provide a full range of administrative support
- Assist in recruitment & selection process, interview coordination, on/off boarding
- Assist and participate in ad hoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- DSE / Diploma or above in related disciplines
- 1 -2 years of relevant experience required
- A team player with high initiative, detail-minded, able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good Command in spoken / written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as HR & Admin Assistant
Working Location: Kwai Chung / Chek Lap Kok
