Customer Service Officer $19.5K

Our client is a Government department. They are looking a Customer Service Representative to support their daily operations.



Responsibilities:


• Provide general reception duties such as receiving enquiries from the general public and relay the messages to appropriate staff for handling.


• Greet visitors and handle reception matters


• Provide administrative and clerical support including courier service, incoming and outgoing mailing services, document preparation and sorting the letters according to Divisions / Sections for the distribution of OA. 


• General support for Scheme Applicants: 


1. Facilitate schemes applicants with QR code letters or walk-in applicants in using the Queueing Machine for tickets printing. 


2. Relay inquiries to corresponding Scheme Officer.


3. Assist in coordinating the daily antiseptic cleaning for the interview booths with outsourced cleaning staff as necessary.


• Assist in other administration duties


 


Experience


• Diploma holder or above;


• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in customer service is preferred; 


• Good customer service skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills; 


• A proactive team player with a pleasant character, detail-oriented and able to work independently;


• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese); 


• Good computer literacy in Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
