要求

1. 大學畢業 (任何學科)

2. HKDSE/ HKCEE 中英文Lv 4/ C (接受CRE)

3. 三年全職相關工作經驗（具備藝術行政／活動管理／行銷工作經驗者優先考慮）

4. 流利粵語、普通話及英語

職責

1. 協助籌劃、發展及執行粵港澳大灣區文化藝術節的宣傳活動，以及在大灣區城市的巡迴演出；
2. 開展市場推廣計劃，並促進與各利益相關者( 包括本地和內地藝術家、 藝術團體、政府決策局/部門、廣告公司和數字媒體夥伴) 的有效 溝通和合作；
3. 制定內容策略，為社群媒體平台( 如網站、YouTube、 Facebook 和微信) 創作和編排內容；
4. 編寫小冊子、新聞稿、簡報和社論等；
5. 邀請本港和內地的高層官員、全球協作計劃的主要對口單位、本港和內地的藝術界代表，以及本港和內地的新聞界，為全球協作計劃籌辦記者招待會和開幕典禮；
6. 管理預算、擬備分析報告

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline 

2. HKDSE/ HKCE Lv4/ C in Chinese & English (CRE is acceptable)

3. 3 years’ full-time post-qualification work experience (work experience in arts administration/ event management/ marketing is advantage)

4. be fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English.

Responsibilities

1. To assist in planning, development, and execution of publicity campaign for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Culture and Arts Festival 2024 (GBAF) and the touring programmes to GBA cities; 

2. To initiate marketing plan and to facilitate effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders, including local and Mainland artists, arts groups, government bureaux/ departments, advertising agency and digital media partners; 

3. To formulate content strategies, create and curate content for multiple social media platforms (e.g. website, YouTube, Facebook, WeChat, etc); 

4. To prepare brochures, press releases, presentations and editorials etc.; 

5. To organise press conference and the opening ceremony of the GBAF by inviting local and Mainland high-ranking officials, major GBA counterparts, local and Mainland arts representatives and the press in HK and the Mainland; 

6. To manage budgets, prepare analytical report, and drive tangible and measurable results against set goals;
