Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver a 5-star customer experience


• Respond to queries via incoming calls, email, social media and instant messaging on all


• digital platforms (including LUSH official website, Tmall Global Store and any potential


• new platforms)


• Offer professional consultations on products and recommend the best options to


• customers according to their needs


• Have a customer-first mindset and handle complaints efficiently


• Collect customer feedback and share insightful ideas with the team from time to time


• Work cross-functionally with other e-commerce departments


• Actively manage and update all customer service related documents for internal tracking

To be successful in this role, you will be expected to have the following attributes

• 1-2 years relevant experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin


• Proficient computer skills, must be a fast Chinese typist


• Willing to work at nights, weekends, and on public holidays

Working Hours:

• Flexible and depends on your availability (Shift hour from 9am to 9pm)


• Staff are required to work 3-4 days per week
