工作地點：深水埗區

工作時間：5天工作，每天9小時

月薪：$18,000 - $20,000

要求

1. 證書/高級證書: 環境科技/建築學/屋宇裝備工程/機械工程，或同等學歷

OR 高級文憑: 環境衛生/衛生服務管理/環境科學，或同等學歷

2. HKDSE/ HKCEE: 中英文 2級/E級 (接受政府綜合招聘考試(CRE) Lv 1）

職責

1. 處理和調查冷氣機滴水滋擾事件，並跟進有關投訴；

2. 擬備調查報告和定期／勸諭申報表，查核已發出警告或通知書的執行情況，以及擬備回覆投訴人的擬稿和相關資料；

3. 在法律程序中提供證人陳述書，並就不認罪個案出庭作證；

Requirements:

1. Certificate / Higher Certificate in Building Studies / Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent

OR

Higher Diploma (HD) in Environmental Health / Health Services Management/ Environmental Technology, or equivalent

2. HKDSE/ HKCEE: Level 2/ Grade E in Chinese & English (CRE Lv1 is acceptable)

Responsibilities:

1. To handle and investigate water dripping from air-conditioner nuisance and to take follow-up actions to complaints;

2. To prepare investigation reports and periodical/ad hoe returns, check the compliance of warnings or notices issued, and to prepare draft replies to complainant and related materials;

3. To give witness statement in legal proceedings and to testify in court against plead-not-guilty cases
