Concierge – Ho Man Tin (Luxury Residential Property)

What will you do?
- Maintain the day-to-day operation of concierge
- Answer enquiries and provide one stop premium and professional guest related service to residents and visitors
- Establish and maintain good relationship with residents
- Assist any other duties that are assigned by the site in charge

Do you have a right profile?
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- Relevant experience in Customer Services / Property Management is preferred
- People-oriented with strong customer services sense
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Holder of Security Personnel Permit (SPP) and Recognized Security Training Course Certificate is preferred
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
