Duty Manager - Front Office (大堂經理)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle guest enquiries and ensuring service excellence
- Handle emergency cases in accordance with the hotel procedures
- Assist in managing the day-to-day front office operation, and ensure the smooth running of reception and the guest service counter
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. 4 years’ supervising experience in hospitality industry
- Pleasant, responsible and able to work independently
- Good leadership and communication skill
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Shift duty is required
- Immediate available is highly preferred
