Guest Experience Supervisor (顧客服務督導員)

RESPONSIBILITIES:


- Responsible for the operational efficiency and ensuring a smooth operation of all front office areas


- Provide timely and professional check-in/check-out services in accordance with established scripting and standards


- Supervises front office operations during assigned shift


- Provides training to subordinates.


 


REQUIREMENTS:


- Diploma Holder in Hotel Management or related discipline


- 2-3 years’ relevant experience in hospitality industry


- Good communication and interpersonal skills


- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Including Cantonese and Mandarin)


- Shift duty is required


- Immediate Available is highly preferred
