Production Clerk -跟單文員

• Manage quotation and inquiries within a specified timeframe


• Issue purchase orders and sample cards for clients' approval when necessary


• Manage the full cycle of ordering samples and set up an account-related information into the system


• Record material composition (EUTR/FSC/GRS) for database consolidation


• Arrange laboratory tests with external providers and perform internal testing in accordance with the product compliance scope 


• Assist for renewing certificates on a timely basis


• Assist get details of complaints of bulk orders and seek solutions
