理貨助理Fulfilment Assistant

We're a small dynamic team looking for a fulfillment assistant to help us with the next stage of our growth. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in e-commerce as well as sales and customer service.

Primary responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Locating and extracting merchandise from shelves and storage areas


• Accurately and efficiently pick website, wholesale and retail orders or shipments


• Executes proper packaging using bags, envelopes, or boxes to ensure economical and secure delivery


• Selects proper mode for shipping of product


• Receive, count, and check deliveries, pack into the warehouse, and maintain inventory


• Moves stock to and from storage by hand


• Monthly stocktake


• Other duties as necessary

1. Highly organised, detail-oriented and accurate; ability to learn new platforms and procedures quickly


2. Strong work ethic combined with the capacity to work well within a team


3. Computer literate


4. Strong problem-solving skills


5. Ability to adapt to and drive change in a constantly evolving environment


6. Ability to work independently


7. Ability to lift heavy boxes (~15kg) regularly


8. Fluent English and Cantonese (written and spoken)
