職責
1. 執行一般文書職務,例如一般辦公室支援、統計職務、收發服務、 信差職務等
2. 協助處理物料供應事宜,例如控制存貨和更新存貨記錄,以及安排 家具/設備的保養和維修工作
3. 協助編製/更新系統內的登記冊
4. 協助處理檔案管理事宜等
要求
1. 中四
2. 能簡單中英文口頭和書面溝通
3. 熟悉中英文打字, MS Office
Requirements
1. Secondary 4
2. Reasonable level of proficiency in both oral and written English and Chinese
3. Familiar with English and Chinese typing, MS Office and Access
Responsibilities
1. to perform general clerical duties such as general office support, statistical duties, receipt and despatch services, messengerial duties etc.
2. to assist in supplies matters such as controlling inventory and updating inventory records, making arrangements for maintenance and repair of furniture / equipment
3. to assist in compiling / updating registers in the system
4. to assist in records management matters etc.
