What is your mission?

You are also required to perform these job functions:

• Support Multi-national Beauty Brands


• Monitor online community trends


• Loyalty program management, track record of managing loyalty programs and/or online communities 


• Provide online customer service and manage all communications with customers by responding to customer product and order inquiry; Co-ordinate with different department

Who are we looking for?

• A data-sensitive observer


• Excellent command in spoken and written Cantonese and English


• Experiences in complex issues


• Attentive to details, multi-tasking with good organizational skills, able to work independently to meet a tight deadline


• Immediate available is highly preferred


• Familiar with the beauty industry is a plus
