Job Description

· Provide customer service and inquiries via Live chat, calls and emails

· Maintain good relationship with premier customers

· Handle and follow up member request

Requirements

· Higher Diploma or above

· 1 year Experience in customer service industry

· Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
