工作內容/職責 Job Responsibility
-Guests greeting in a professional and polite manner;
-Responsible for handle clients enquires and account opening procedure
-Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor -Flexible working hours
-有禮接待客戶
-協助客人開戶及解答客戶問題
-其他行政或證券工作
-上班時間/日期可靈活商議
入職要求 Requirement
-Pleasant and friendly personality; professional phone call manner
-Independent, Customer focused, with strong analytical and good communication skills-Able to work independently and under pressure
-Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
-Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese with conversational Mandarin
-Able to work on weekends will be an advantage
-Immediate available preferred
-有耐性及友善
-獨立, 有良好溝通技巧, 善於應對客戶
-可以於壓力環境下工作
-熟識電腦操作
-流利廣東話及英語, 良好普通話
-能於周一至周五輪班上班優先
-可優先上班優先
