Receptionist (TSIM SHA TSUI TIRPSE)

TIRPSE, the fastest restaurant to be awarded a Michelin star within two months of opening in 2015. Tirpse was also named as one of Diners Club World Best 50 Restaurants in 2017.

We are looking for a Receptionist.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general reception duties and greeting guests in a professional manner

- Responsible for reservations and confirm daily booking and answering incoming calls

- Professional telephone manners and customer service skills are essential

- Assist to table arrangement to ensure smooth restaurant operation

- Assist to achieve a high level of customer service in the restaurant

- Any other ah-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

- Cheerful, energetic, initiative, service-oriented and able to communicate with people of different culture background

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Salary: $19,000~$21,000 per month, depends on working experience
